**Fundraising- Team Coaches and ADs recognize that there are many costs associated with cheer and as coaches and ADs, we dedicate many hours each week to planning practice and to leading practices. As such, it is our expectation that parents who want to fundraise to cover costs will volunteer to organize and participate in fundraisers. ES Youth Cheer coaches also recognize that for some families, time is tight and they may prefer to pay out of pocket and not participate in fundraisers. Both options are respected and we consider it an individual family’s decision whether to fundraise, pay out of pocket, or do a little of both. If no one volunteers to organize fundraisers, there will not be any fundraising opportunities.
***Snackbar- ES Youth Cheer hosts a snack bar at all home games. Each cheerleader is expected to have an adult work 2 snack bar shifts (cheerleaders who are 10 or older may work the shift to fulfill the requirement. A check for $100 will be collected the night of the uniform fitting (May 15). After the 2 shift requirement is fulfilled, the check will be returned to the parent/guardian. If the 2 snack bar shift requirement is not fulfilled, the check will be cashed.
